Dark 60% organic chocolate made from raw Ecuadorian cacao, sweetened with organic coconut sugar and enriched with antioxidant-rich purple berries acai, blueberries and blackcurrant. The three berries make this chocolate bar a tangy, rich flavour explosion.

Coconut sugar is made from the sap of coconut palm trees; extracted once the blossom is removed. This nectar is gently heated until it becomes a delicious, rich unrefined sugar. Analysis of coconut sugar shows that it has a low glycemic index of 35 which is less than refined sugar (68), honey (48) and agave (40). Coconut sugar is not a raw food.
