The 70% cacao raw bar offers a blend of fine Ecuadorian cacao bringing a subtle wave of flavours which begin with a taste of citrus flowers followed by strong cacao and hints of jasmine and nuts. All of the cacao ingredients in our raw chocolate are minimally processed and kept at low temperatures to maintain the antioxidants and complex flavour profile of the natural cacao.

WOW! This is the most amazing chocolate I've ever tasted; not to be missed!

I would not say that it is the best chocolate i've ever tasted, but it is really nice. It isn't a silky chocolate, it has a bite to it, but the lecithin does take the edge off the brittleness that might otherwise be. The chocolate itself, i think actually has a very slight hint of fruity hue to it ((different kind of chocolates have different hints of tastes, depending on where it was grown)). I'd buy it again:)).
